Challenge

Furniture can either be really expensive or junk that falls apart. Making your own furniture requires a significant commitment to skills and equipment.

Solution

Iron pipe and recovered wood is readily available and inspired us to make furniture that is sturdy, easy to assemble, and re-configurable. Furthermore, we built a system in 3D that allowed us to visualize, calculate costs, and share plans for different configuration ideas. We call this system Pipeworks.
